The aim of the retreat is to combine yoga practice with contact with nature, art and sacredness, in a land particularly rich in these three elements. We will strengthen the body, relax the mind and elevate the spirit through context-aligned yoga practices, dedicated asanas, pranayama techniques, relaxation and meditation. Many activities also for children, such as hiking, snowshoeing, visit to the reception area for deer and roe deer and a special astronomical observation with telescope and to follow, the traditional treats. Caramanico, during the retreat period is colored by the characteristic Christmas markets

Yoga Retreat in Abruzzo will take place from 30 December 2024 to 06 January 2025. The structure chosen for the stay in half board (drinks not included) is the Arimannia Hotel in Caramanico Terme. Yoga sessions will be held in the morning while in the evening there will be moments of meditation. During the day there will be extra activities, such as hiking and yoga in the Majella park, meditation in sacred places, snowshoeing, astronomical observation and many activities for children
