The adventure begins with a visit to an Immersive winery, to discover the secrets of the elaboration of Alsace wines, the grape varieties and the know-how hidden behind each cuvée. I will show you an explanatory video about the elaboration of Alsace wines.

I will then take you to visit the family cellar dating from 1850, and discover the hundred-year-old oak barrels that we still use to vinify our wines. Following the biological conversion of my estate, we renovated our cellar and take advantage of this new setting to offer our future visitors a new activity. We have a scenographic space within the cellar with immersive video at 180° projected on barrels - unique in France. It’s a film about my rather rich personal story and my work philosophy. All projected in the winery, on 180° old oak barrels (mapping on certain sequences) with a work of sound, allowing the public to find themselves in total immersion in my story Throughout the course, the wines of Alsace break the codes and are tasted... in COCKTAIL!

Then it’s time for creativity During the final workshop, become a mixologist for a day: you will make your own wine-based cocktail, playing with aromas, fruits, spices and a few carefully selected surprises. To close this experience in a warm and relaxed atmosphere, your creations are tasted around a small gourmet meal, thought to accompany and enhance your cocktails. A playful, sensory and convivial experience, where wine is shared differently—freer, more fun, more creative. A guide is at your disposal throughout the visit to discuss and answer your questions.
