From Highway 1 turn towards the ocean onto Moss Landing Road. Turn again towards the ocean onto Sandholdt Road. Immediately after the KOA campground, turn right into the Moss Landing Harbor parking lot (large wooden sign). If you cross a bridge, you've gone too far.
