Every guest on our estate is special, which is why we want to convey to you how we make wines starting from the land, from the vineyard! Together we will walk in the vineyards enjoying the wonderful view from the rows, which are found all around the estate. An hour and a half chatting together, to better understand the work we do day after day, the direction that Tenuta La Cà has taken, focusing its efforts more on quality than quantity. Then we will enter the cellar, we will visit together the steel room where we process must and grapes by gravity. Finally we will reach the barrel cellar, where our best wines are refined to let time do its duty.

Itinéraire
The best way to understand a vineyard is to look at it up close, which is why we don't use maps or infographics to explain what we do but we take you first to the countryside to talk to you about life, vines, soil and terroir and then to the cellar to describe the our way of transforming grapes into wine, finally we open the doors of our barrel cellar where we refine our most noble and precious expressions. We will talk about fermentations, temperatures, naturalness, woods, evolution and then we will taste together a selection of 4 wines from our production. Paired with the wines there will be some local specialties.
