In rare cases, the museum may adjust your entry time by up to one hour. If this happens, we’ll make sure you receive your updated ticket in advance so your visit runs smoothly.

If you booked the optional interactive audio guide, you can collect it on the day of your visit at the information desk in the Atrium. Don’t forget to return it afterwards.

Lockers are available at the Van Gogh Museum for coats, umbrellas, handbags, and small backpacks (up to 45×25×25 cm). Larger bags and suitcases are not permitted.
