Puerto Vallarta
Our Puerto Vallarta food tour offers guests a culinary experience carefully curated food adventure, led by our team of Puerto Vallarta tastemakers.
Before we get started, our tour reflects the local cuisine, and the limitations of street food vendors and local eateries mean we cannot cater for every dietary restriction. Here's an honest appraisal for the tour, so no-one is disappointed:
✘ Unsuitable for vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian and halal diets, and severe allergies as the number of tastings would be very limited.
✔ No pork diets, no seafood diets, gluten intolerance, mild tree nut and peanut allergies are possible though some tastings do not have alternatives available and the menu would be more limited

Puerto Vallarta
This four-hour evening food tour introduces you to Puerto Vallarta’s street-food scene. It's not about fine dining, it's about the street carts and family-run eateries beloved by locals. With 14+ tastings included, you’ll explore neighbourhood spots, seafood stands, and family-run eateries.
The tour begins with coastal favourites such as citurusy seafood ceviche, warming shrimp broth, and smoky marlin burritas. As the evening continues, you’ll try a variety of classic Mexican dishes including pambazos dipped in chile sauce, hearty pozole, flame-grilled tacos de asada, slow-cooked carnaza, and al pastor sliced fresh from the spit. Throughout the walk, enjoy refreshers: rice-based horchata, tejuino, and zingy chamoy neives.
To finish, you’ll enjoy a traditional Mexican flan and a stop at a local pulquería for pulque, along with a taste of raicilla, the regional spirit from Jalisco.
This guided evening experience offers the chance to see Puerto Vallarta through the eyes of a local.
