Porte Sud
The South Gate of Trogir was built in 1593 during Venetian rule as a practical entrance into the old town. Simpler than the main Land Gate, it was used mostly by locals going about their daily lives. Today, it offers a quiet and authentic glimpse into Trogir’s rich history as you step inside the UNESCO-listed old town.

Fortress Kamerlengo
Kamerlengo Fortress was built in the 15th century by the Venetians to defend Trogir from attacks by sea. Positioned at the edge of the old town, it played a key role in protecting the city and controlling maritime traffic. Today, the fortress offers stunning views of the Adriatic and is a popular venue for open-air events and concerts.

The St. Lawrence Cathedral and Bell Tower
St. Lawrence Cathedral, built between the 13th and 15th centuries, is the most important monument in Trogir. It is famous for the Romanesque portal carved by Master Radovan in 1240, one of the finest works of medieval art in Croatia. The cathedral reflects a blend of Romanesque and Gothic styles and stands at the heart of the old town.

Trogir
Trogir Old Town is a beautifully preserved historic island located between the mainland and Čiovo. Its narrow stone streets reflect more than 2,000 years of continuous history, from ancient Greek times through Roman and Venetian rule. The town is protected by medieval walls and filled with palaces, churches, and charming squares. Due to its exceptional preservation, Trogir was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997. Walking through the old town feels like stepping into a living open-air museum.
