This experience is led by a friendly English speaking host as well as a skilled sushi master. The classroom is a classic Japanese style, located in a hidden local building in the Tsukiji market. Firstly, you'll watch the fish disassembly show by the pro sushi chef, getting know the several steps how to prepare fish for sushi. They will explain about Japanese knives. Next, you'll learn about what exact sushi is and proper steps making nigiri sushi and rolled type. The sushi master will teach you all you need to know, helping you step by step.
