We meet our guests in front of the Hotel. After a short 5 minute briefing we start our tour.

We will walk through the oldest and most historical open air market in Thessaloniki. Quick taste of Chalkidiki's famous green olives.

Chrimatistiriou Square
In our first stop we start with the most typical breakfast dish in Greece. "Bougatsa" a filo dough creation that can be either sweet or savory.

Valaoritou
Time to start with our savory dishes. There is no better way to do that than trying one of the most traditional dishes of the city, the Soutzoukaki accompanied with some wine or a refreshment.

Marché de Modiano
We will enter the newly renovated gem of the city where we 'll taste different varieties of local Greek cheese. The oldest indoor marketplace of the city that after many years got completely transform and nowadays is the meeting place of all locals.

Athonos Square
Of course the well know Ouzo could not be missing from this tour. On our next stop we will visit one of the best preserved "kafeneios" (cafe) in town and sip some ouzo the traditional way. Nearby we 'll get the chance to taste the most famous dessert of the city ''Trigono Panormatos'' a triangle shaped baklava pastry filled with delicious cream!

Church of Panagia Acheiropoietos
In the opossite side of one of the oldest Byzantine churches of the city you will find our last stop hidden. A family pastry shop run by the same family for 3 generation where we will have the chance to taste the traditional ''Isli'' , the recipe of which came along with the Greek refugees from Minor Asia more than a century ago!
