At the end of your tour we will make a pulque tasting that you will enjoy, El pulque is an ancestral Mexican alcoholic beverage that is produced from the fermentation of maguey mead. It dates back to pre-Hispanic times, where it was considered a sacred drink, and is traditionally made by scraping the maguey to collect its sweet sap. In addition to its cultural and historical value, pulque also has nutritional properties.
