Cathédrale Alexandre Nevski
La cathédrale Alexandre Nevski se distingue des bâtiments de la vieille ville par ses couleurs vives et son architecture byzantine. L'une des dernières constructions de la vieille ville, l'église orthodoxe russe, fut construite à la demande de l'empereur Alexandre III en 1900. Elle est située sur le point culminant de la colline de Toompea, face au Parlement.

Grosse Marguerite
La Grosse Marguerite (Paks Margareeta) évoque la légende romantique du « Roméo et Juliette estonien », l'histoire d'Herman, un jeune garçon de la ferme, et de Margareth, la fille d'un pêcheur. La tour du Grand Herman se trouve à l'opposé de la vieille ville, tristement séparée de son amour depuis des siècles.

Cathédrale Sainte-Marie
L'église du Dôme est l'une des plus anciennes églises de Tallinn. D'apparence simple et épurée avec ses murs blancs et son petit dôme, elle possède pourtant une longue histoire. Mentionnée pour la première fois en 1233, elle est depuis l'un des principaux temples de la ville. Dédiée à la Vierge Marie, elle abrite les tombes de personnalités importantes du XIIIe au XIXe siècle.

Église Saint-Olaf
St. Olaf’s Church or St. Olav's Church in Tallinn, Estonia, is believed to have been built in the 12th century and to have been the centre for old Tallinn's Scandinavian community before Denmark conquered Tallinn in 1219. Its dedication relates to King Olaf II of Norway (also known as Saint Olaf, 995–1030). The first known written records referring to the church date back to 1267, and it was extensively rebuilt during the 14th century.

The Three Sisters of Tallinn (Kolm Õde, address Pikk 71 / Tolli 2) are three picturesque “accreted” neighboring houses with a high gable roof, on the streets of Pikk next to the Fat Margaret towers.

Colline de Toompea
Toompea Hill is an elevated part of the Old Town in Tallinn, which is a limestone hill with steep elongated slopes with a flat top with an area of about 7 hectares. Vyshgorod is 20-30 meters above the surrounding area.
You will have around 2 hrs of free time to continue your exploration independently.
