Your experience begins with a short on‑land and on‑water orientation covering paddleboarding basics, safety, and balance techniques. You’ll then paddle out to a calm, protected area where boards are anchored securely.
Once anchored, flow through a series of Pilates‑based exercises designed to strengthen the core, improve posture, and increase flexibility. The gentle motion of the water adds an extra layer of challenge, activating stabilizing muscles you don’t typically engage on land. The class wraps up with a mindful cooldown before paddling back to shore feeling strong and refreshed.
