On the day of service, your English- or German-speaking chauffeur meets you at Sofia, Plovdiv or Thessaloniki Airport with a name sign, assists with luggage and provides bottled water and Wi-Fi. For hotel or chalet pickups in Bansko, Razlog, Banya or Dobrinishte, please be ready 10 minutes before departure. The drive to Bansko takes about 2 ½ hours through scenic mountain roads.
