You’ll make ramen and gyoza from scratch in a small, hands-on group. Together, we’ll knead and cut your own noodles and learn how to wrap gyoza dumplings—one of the most fun and popular parts of the experience. You’ll also learn how to cook them to a perfect crispy finish, a technique many guests find especially useful and rewarding. Using natural ingredients—no MSG or artificial flavorings—you’ll prepare a rich and comforting broth and explore Japanese umami through katsuobushi (bonito flakes), kombu (kelp), and shiitake mushrooms, discovering how simple elements create deep, layered flavors.
