Conti Salumificio
In the Langhirano Valley, you can explore the process of making Prosciutto di Parma. The meat is slowly cured with the help of Marino's wind, which blows in from the Ligurian Sea. The production of this delicious delicacy is a combination of passion, talent, and farm-to-fork ingredients.
The journey from the dairy farm to the Salumificio Conti will take approximately 20 minutes. The visit to the Prosciutto di Parma production site, including the tasting, will take around 1.5 hours. If you don't wish to extend your tour for the afternoon, we will return to Parma, and the drive back will take around 45 minutes.
