You will discover particular techniques and stories related to tradition. The lesson lasts about 2 hours. At 11.30 am there is a break to visit the bell tower of Messina, which is just a 7-minute walk away. Participants, on their return will find lunch consisting of the dishes they prepare. The lesson is also suitable for industry professionals
