We will meet at JR Musashi-Sakai Station at 11:00 AM. Look for a tall, glasses-wearing guide in front of the NEW DAYS convenience store outside the station's central ticket gate.
From there, we’ll drive you to our home kitchen. The drive takes about 20 minutes.

This private, artist-led sushi experience takes place in our home kitchen and studio. Using seasonal seafood and traditional Japanese tools, you will learn to make several styles of sushi. The menu includes: Nigiri (4 pieces) — seasonal selections from salmon, scallop, sea bream, and tuna (medium-fatty, lean, or premium fatty cut depending on the day's catch) Hosomaki — cucumber Inarizushi — seasoned aburaage with sushi rice, pickled ginger, and simmered shiitake Gunkan (2 pieces) — ikura (salmon roe); squid with shiso leaf Chirashi-zushi — a generous arrangement of all seafood used in the class Futomaki — made by Rei as a gift, filled with seasonal ingredients The class includes a tasting o...
