Pick up at the indicated place in Madrid, and we will go to your first stop, a winery of Iberian ham.

Your first stop will be in the town of Guijuelo, internationally famous for the excellence of its Iberian ham. We will visit a traditional ham cellar, where you will know first hand the complete process of elaboration: from the selection of the Iberian pork, to the slow curing in natural dryers and underground cellars. You will discover respect for artisan methods and precise control of time and temperature that turn each piece into a gastronomic gem. The visit is complemented by an immersion in an authentic oak tree, the natural environment where Iberian pigs live in freedom and feed on acorns during the mountaineering. This ecosystem, unique to the Iberian peninsula, is key to understanding the quality and taste of acorn ham. There, you will learn about the balance between sustainability, traditional livestock farming and culinary excellence.

After the experience we continue with a visit to the historic center of Salamanca, a city declared a World Heritage Site. We will start with the Plaza Mayor, one of the most majestic in Spain, which has been a center of university and social life for centuries. We will visit the Cathedrals of Salamanca, both Old and New, which form an impressive monumental ensemble where Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque styles merge. We will tour its most emblematic spaces, including cloisters and towers. We will continue along the Arc de Corrillo and the Plaza del Corrillo, passage points full of history that finally take us to the Casa de las Conchas, architectural jewel of the fifteenth century decorated with more than 300 stone shells, symbol of the Camino de Santiago.

At the end of the tour, we will return comfortably to Madrid, closing a day full of history, flavor and tradition in one of the most authentic areas of Spain.
