Calgary
Our first pickup point is in Calgary, Alberta, a vibrant, modern city that serves as the primary gateway to the Canadian Rocky Mountains.
Nestled in the rolling foothills where the prairies meet the mountains, Calgary is known for its soaring skyline, friendly, dynamic atmosphere, and rich Western heritage, famously hosting the world-renowned Calgary Stampede. While this stop is primarily for pick-up, you will immediately sense the urban-meets-nature energy of "Cowtown."
From this energetic city, we head directly west, leaving the prairies behind to embark on a stunning drive. Upon arrival in the town of Banff, we will pause briefly to pick up further passengers before commencing our full exploration deep into Banff and Yoho National Parks.

Lac Louise
Named in honour of Princess Louise Caroline Alberta, this world-famous mountain jewel is renowned for its stunning, vibrant turquoise waters set against the majestic backdrop of Mount Victoria and its glacier.
In winter, if snow conditions are adequate, we will offer complimentary snowshoes, allowing you to personally experience the unique activity of walking across the vast snowy plains (approximately 20 minutes).
We will spend approximately 120 minutes here, allowing ample time to walk the shoreline, capture stunning photos of the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, and soak in one of the most iconic views in the Canadian Rockies. This is truly a must-see, picturesque stop.
Guests with the optioned lunch will be arranged to enjoy a luxurious meal inside the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise hotel.

Lac Moraine
Moraine Lake is arguably one of the most photographed places in Canada, famous for its intense, cerulean waters that owe their colour to glacial rock flour. The lake is cradled within the Valley of the Ten Peaks, an amphitheatre of colossal, jagged summits that create a breathtaking, surreal environment. Guests will have approximately 60 minutes to admire this extraordinary scenery.
Note: Moraine Lake is typically accessible from late May/early June to early October. When closed, this stop will be replaced by a visit to the tranquil Vermilion Lakes.

Yoho National Park
Crossing into British Columbia, we enter Yoho National Park, a protected wilderness whose name comes from the Cree expression for awe and wonder. Yoho lies along the western slopes of the Canadian Rockies and is distinguished by its incredible verticality, massive glaciers, and roaring waterfalls. This park is home to several remarkable natural and engineering landmarks that showcase both the majesty of the mountains and the ingenuity of early settlers.

Point de vue des tunnels en spirale inférieurs
An incredible feat of early 20th-century Canadian engineering, the Spiral Tunnels were built in 1909 to safely reduce the railway grade in the treacherous Kicking Horse Pass. The track loops twice beneath itself in a near figure-eight formation through the mountains. While we may not see a train, the tunnels represent an impressive and historical chapter in the story of Canadian expansion—an impressive sight as we pass through the area.

Pont naturel
Natural Bridge, a powerful testament to the erosive force of water. Over millennia, the rushing Kicking Horse River carved a passage through a solid rock barrier that was once a waterfall. The result is a spectacular, massive natural arch that spans the churning water. We will pause for approximately 15 minutes to observe this unique geological formation and the shaping force of nature’s artistry.

Lac Émeraude
As one of Yoho’s most beautiful and tranquil spots, Emerald Lake lives up to its name, gleaming with a striking green hue derived from the surrounding mineral-rich runoff. It is the largest of Yoho’s 61 lakes and is ringed by the towering peaks of the President Range and lush coniferous forest. This calm setting provides a beautiful contrast to the busier lakes of Banff, and we will pause for approximately 20 minutes for photos and quiet admiration.
