Learn how to cook authentic Greek street food in this fun and hands-on cooking class in Athens, where you’ll prepare gyros, handmade phyllo cheese pies and tzatziki before enjoying the meal together. After a short introduction, you will start by preparing dough for traditional handmade phyllo. While the dough rests, you will season and prepare delicious Greek gyros, which will cook slowly in the oven.
Next, you will make a refreshing tzatziki sauce using creamy Greek yogurt, fresh cucumber, garlic and olive oil. Then it's time to open the handmade phyllo and shape your own traditional cheese pies.
