Traditional Banquet
Enjoy an authentic Oaxacan buffet: moles, regional stews, roast meats and delicious "fritanga" like potato molotes with chorizo. Teotitlán del Valle
In Teotitlán del Valle, we will live an intimate experience in the workshop of one of the most representative families of the village, guardians of the textile tradition. You will discover the fascinating process of 100% wool textiles, created with ancient techniques that have been passed from generation to generation.
You will witness the use of malacate to spin wool and learn how the natural environment provides the organic dyes to give color to each piece. The most special thing about this visit is the human connection: the family will welcome you by sharing their mother tongue, the Zapotec of the valley, allowing you to hear the sounds of a living culture that resists disappearing. A deep dive into the soul of Oaxaca.

Le roi de Matatlan
We will finish with an immersion in the world of artisanal mezcal, where you will discover the life cycle of the agave sprat and its transformation into the "drink of the gods". You will know step by step the traditional method: from cooking in earth ovens and crushing, to natural fermentation and distillation in copper stills. The experience culminates with a guided tasting, where you will learn to appreciate the notes and body of an authentic mezcal. The perfect closure for your Oaxacan adventure!
