From our meeting point at the station, we will then walk to one of the famous Kobe sake breweries where the activity took place in three stages:
- Visit the museum part explaining the traditional sake making process. - Discovery of the workshop of artisanal manufacture of sake barrels. - Exhibition hall and explanations on the evolution of sake glasses over the centuries.
Each step will be followed by a free sake tasting related to the theme of each step we have taken.
