In this experience, I will provide you with the private sake brewery tour and take you to inside of 300 years old sake Brewery. This sake brewery is the biggest and also oldest in Tokyo thus you will not only experience ancient history of how sake is made but also the culture behind it.
After you are enriched with the history and culture, I will take you out on the Sake brewery patio to do Sake-tasting and Sake-pairing for you to deepen the understanding of how Sake is enjoyed from front to back. In this experience, I will take you to inside of 300 years old sake Brewery, the oldest and biggest in Tokyo, to show you the history and culture of Sake which is extremely unique to Japan. The schedules are following:
10:00: we meet at the meeting place 10:00-11:00: we travel to the Sake brewery by the train 11:30-12:00: I will give the private sake brewery tour in side of 300 years old sake brewery 12:00-13:00: we move to Sake brewery patio area and do Sake tasting 13:00-15:00: we can keep drinking sake or hike around the beautiful nature/take a break at the café area that they have 15:00-16:00: we get back to the meeting place
