It can be accessed from different places in the city through buses, but the quickest way to access from the city center ("central" stop) is by taking the red Polybahn, once you get off, you will have to head right, where you will find the viewpoint in front of the university.

From there you can walk a few minutes to Bahnhofstrasse Street, from there are several trams and buses that will take you to different areas of the city.
