Guests will be welcomed by a private licensed Pompeii guide and will be taken on a private tour of approximately 2hrs 30min during which they will be shown the main landmarks within Pompeii, how the 79 AD eruption unfolded and destroyed the city, with particular emphasis on the sections strictly correlating with the world of wine.

Guests will be taken on a vineyard tour with a visit on demand (no extra cost) to the 79AD slope section connected with the eruption the covered Pompei. In fact, the winery boasts a unique section in the world where an exclusive vineyard grows on the pyroclastic material that covers Pompeii. Elements of plant training, botanics, and geology will be taught. After the vineyard tour, the guests start the wine-tasting lunch, which is preceded by a pleasant 20-minute PP presentation. A full fam-to-table lunch will be served, paired with approximately nine wines. The tasting will be led by a private dedicated sommelier who will also teach wine inspection techniques, food-wine pairing strategies, and wine faults.
