Courthouse : The oldest of Freiburg's 4 town halls with the beginning of construction in the 13th century. Here you will also be greeted by your guide who was born in Freiburg and lives in Freiburg. New Town Hall : One of Freiburg's 4 16th century town halls. Among other things, the meeting room of the Freiburg City Council is located here.

This impressive magnificent building from the beginning of the 16th century offers the most beautiful portal north of the Alps, as some say. In fact, a famous man lived here for a couple of years.

Today Freiburg's main shopping street. This street used to be called "Große Gass". This is where the market was held back then.

You see Freiburg Minster from the outside. Construction of the beautiful Freiburg Minster began around 1200. Unique, open turret helmet. A grandiose structure.

Romantic, picturesque road. Proof of successful old town renovation. Numerous special shops invite you to stroll and stop for a bite to eat.

Next to the Martinstor it is one of the still existing Freiburg city gates.
