Stop 2: Mercado Little Spain
A brief, delicious transition into the world of Spanish gastronomy. I’ll navigate you through the kiosks to find the most authentic flavors, sharing my insights from 25 years of working with international culinary brands. It’s a great chance to enjoy some air-conditioned discovery.

We’ll take a relaxed stroll along this elevated park. I’ve timed this to use the best-shaded pockets of the High Line, where we can discuss how architecture and industry transformed the Meatpacking District into the food destination it is today.
