We will pick you up in Saint Malo then we will drive to the Normandy Landing Beaches for the beginning of the tour.

Omaha Beach
Le Jour J, les deux tiers des troupes américaines embarquées sur la mer furent lancées contre une plage de six kilomètres de long, surplombée par des falaises abruptes et barrée à chaque extrémité par des falaises calcaires, l'endroit qu'ils surnomment « Bloody Omaha ».
Arrêtez-vous au mémorial de Saint-Laurent-sur-Mer et longez la plage jusqu'à Vierville-sur-Mer. Arrêtez-vous au mémorial de la Garde nationale.

Cimetiere Americain de Colleville-sur-Mer
This vast 70 hectare site overlooks Omaha beach. It reunites the graves of 9,388 soldiers fallen in combat. The chapel, Memorial and the Walls of the Missing and garden complete the site.
The Visitor Center pays homage to the courage and the skill that were required to conduct Operation Overlord and to ensure Europe's liberation, together with the ultimate sacrifice made by those who are laid to rest within this site.

Longues-sur-Mer
On the heights of the cliffs overlooking all the D-Day landings beaches, the Germany gun battery in Longues-sur-Mer played a strategic role in the Allied landings on 6 June 1944. Four casemates - still containing the original guns - and a fire command post, listed as Historic Monuments, make up this major element in the Atlantic Wall.

Arromanches-les-Bains
The seaside resort of Arromanches-les-Bains is inextricably linked with the liberation of western Europe following D-Day. Along with the staggeringly large concrete blocks remaining from the Mulberry Harbour towed over from Britain in June 1944, war museums bring the massive Allied operations here back to life. Today, Arromanches-les-Bains is a popular seaside resort.
