#2 Hike to 1st bench - Cathedral Rock - This is an optional place to choose from. 60 – 120 minutes. Back O Beyond Rd takes you to the adventure of Expanding in a Vortex of Sedona. Walking up through the nature on the trail to the first bench. Noticing the vegetation, soil, heart rock, and Vortex trees. Walking up to the first bench and connecting to the sacred red rock energies. Sitting or lying on the bench, and/or Meditation on the Red Rocks for Inspiration, releasing and creation. Medicine Wheel / Labyrinth – This is an optional place to choose from. 1 to 3 hours. Discussion the differences. Teachings, Processes, and a Ceremony depending on the time. It is referred to as the Sacred Walk (or Hoop) of Life in a Lakota Medicine Wheel. (walk the 7 layer Labyrinth meditatively if 3 hr.) Leader will guide you through each aspect of your life journeys.
