Baku - Khinalig village - Basecamp

Besh Barmag Mountain
- Pick-up at 7 am
- After an hour's ride stop for a Coffee/Tea break near Beshbarmag mountain. A beautiful view of Beshbarmag Mountain opens from here. This area is also famous for migratory bird watching.

Quba
-After a small break in Guba city, we go to Khinalig village for 1.5 hours. This road passes through the Gudyalchay Canyon with magnificent views and leads to the snow-capped Caucasus mountains.

State Historical, Architectural and Ethnographic Reserve Khinalig
- When arriving at Khinalig village we change the car to a 4x4 car.
- We stop for 10 minutes at the entrance of Shahdag National Park and for 30 minutes at the Government Border Service Post for the Document Procedure.
- Arriving at Shahyaylag Highland (2860m) after a 1.5-hour ride by 4x4 car, where we start the hike to the Campsite.
- Reaching the Campsite after a 3.9 km hike (ascend-539 m, descend-94 m), takes 2 hours depending on speed.
- After setting up the camp (3306m), we leave for a small hike up for acclimatization
