Canchos de Ramiro
Embark on a private sailing along the Alagón River from Ceclavín Bridge to the majestic Canchos de Ramiro, in the heart of Tagus International Natural Park and Biosphere Reserve.
Sail among canyons sculpted by centuries of natural history as you observe some of Europe's most iconic birds: black stork, black vulture, Iberian imperial eagle, heron royal, royal and black dove, and calzada and culebrera eagles. In the narrowest sections, birdsong is amplified between the rocks creating an unforgettable natural symphony.
The terrestrial fauna also accompanies the route: deer, otters, wild boars and foxes inhabit these virgin banks.
The excursion culminates in the Ramiro Canchos Meander, a gorge of extraordinary geological and ornithological beauty, within a special protection zone for birds.
