Visit Sociedad Cooperativa Virgen de la Oliva, a real certified organic cooperative in Mollina. This is not a staged tourist winery, but a working cooperative where local producers make wine and olive oil. During the visit, travelers will see different production areas, depending on the activity of the day, such as the bottling area, the olive oil mill, the cement tanks and the tasting space. One of the most special moments is tasting wine directly from a cement tank inside the cooperative. Travelers will also taste local olives from the traditional storage area, organic olive oils and several local wines, all paired with small tapas designed for the tasting.
