Pastelaria Cego
The history of Casa das Tortas (currently Pastelaria Regional Cego) dates back to 1901, when Manuel Rodrigues, a blind man, opened a room-renting and cake-making business in Azeitão with his wife, Teresa Prata. The original tarts were large, but later reduced the size to individual portions by their daughter, Albina, and granddaughter, also named Teresa. In 1975, the pastry shop was sold to Augusto Pinto, whose son, José Augusto Pinto, is the current owner and continues to maintain the traditional recipe, along with the pastry shop that has become a reference point for Torta DE Azeitão.

José Maria de Fonseca
Construite au XIXe siècle, elle fut restaurée en 1923 par l'architecte suisse Ernesto Korrodi et fut la résidence de la famille Soares Franco jusqu'aux années 70 du XXe siècle. Avec sa façade singulière et ses magnifiques jardins, elle a toujours été associée à l'image de José Maria da Fonseca.
La visite de la Maison-Musée commence par une brève explication de l'histoire de l'entreprise, suivie d'une visite des anciennes caves : Adega da Mata et Adega dos Teares Novos, où vieillit, entre autres, le vin Periquita, et Adega dos Teares Velhos, où reposent les plus anciens Moscatéis de Setúbal, dont certains sont d'authentiques vestiges de plus de 100 ans. À la fin, vous aurez l'occasion de découvrir et de déguster quelques-uns des vins produits par José Maria da Fonseca, lors d'une dégustation.
