Village d'Obidos
Óbidos is known as the official "House of the Portuguese Queens" for over 600 years.
We will embark on a walking tour through its cobbled streets, lined with vibrant bougainvillaea, leading up to a stunning castle encircled by medieval walls.
Óbidos is also recognized as a City of Literature, one of only 28 in the world to receive this honour from UNESCO.
As we explore, you’ll discover charming bookstores, unique handcrafted shops, and a delightful bakery that has been perfecting family recipes for over 130 years.
And we can’t miss the opportunity to taste Ginja, a traditional sour cherry liqueur served in a chocolate cup!
