During the tasting, dedicated options are available for specific dietary needs, including gluten-free Caprese cake for guests with celiac disease, lactose-free Santa Patrizia sfogliatella and, upon request, soy-based drinks.

For participation in the workshop, it is recommended to avoid wearing rings or hand jewelry.

The tasting included in the experience features an open-access buffet with a rich selection of Neapolitan specialties, including sfogliatelle ricce and frolle, including Santa Patrizia, mini rum babà, pastiera, Caprese cake and chocolate-covered dried fruit. To accompany the sensory journey, a selection of hot and cold drinks includes Neapolitan coffee, cappuccino, tea, fresh orange juice and water, along with two homemade artisan liqueurs: a citrus liqueur with orange notes and a coffee liqueur prepared with moka.
