This short Ulaanbaatar city tour begins at Sükhbaatar Square, the central point of the city, where visitors can see the Government Palace and the statue of Chinggis Khan. The tour continues to the Chinggis Khan National Museum, which provides an overview of Mongolian history, culture, and the Mongol Empire. After that, visitors go to Gandan Tegchinlen Monastery, the most important Buddhist monastery in Mongolia, to see the impressive Avalokiteshvara statue and observe local religious life.
