Guided by a professional chef, you will discover the essential techniques of laminated yeast dough, including mixing, rolling, folding, shaping, proofing, and baking. This hands-on class is designed for adults and teenagers and is suitable for both beginners and baking enthusiasts. All ingredients, equipment, and aprons are provided.
