Cortiçarte – Arte em Cortiça was founded in 2000 and emerged from a vast heritage of its predecessors in the area of working cork and from the know-how acquired over several years of experience. It positions itself in the market as a competitive and innovative company, with the ability to make cork viable and promote, and whose pillars are based on the quality and sustainability of this important raw material. The company is present throughout the entire process, from the extraction of cork from the tree and its treatment, transformation and production of the final product. The Chapel of Bones is one of the most famous monuments in Évora, Portugal. It is a small interior chapel located near the entrance of the Church of San Francisco. The chapel gets this name because its inner walls are coated and decorated with human skulls and bones.
