Fred Burr Trailhead
Please drive cautiously to the Fred Burr Trailhead on snowy roads for the last 2 mi. Proceed slowly! Stay on Fred Burr Rd all the way to the trailhead! Look for a blue Toyota 4runner once you make it there! You will know you're there when you see the trailhead signboard.

Itinéraire
You'll first plan out your trip with your guide, selecting from a number of different trail options. Fred Burr Reservoir is the standard trail option. We plan to snowshoe about 4 mi on the 2-3 hr tour and as much as 9 mi on the 4-6 hr tour. Hikes are generally appropriate for beginners/intermediate snowshoers and hikers, but can be made more difficult for those looking for more of a challenge!
Along the way, your guide will identify trees and any living creatures that dare brave the cold temperatures! You will also learn about winter hiking safety, navigation, and survival tips!
