Peyto Lake is a glacier-fed lake in Banff National Park in the Canadian Rockies. This is one of the most popular lakes in the Banff National Park. The lake gets its stunning blue color from the glacial rock flour that flows into it from the surrounding Peyto Glacier. In winter, it will be frozen and covered in snow.

(Winter only )Bow Lake is one of the largest lakes in Banff National Park and it is a glacier-fed lake, that is incredibly gorgeous. Its turquoise coloring is due to glacial till (it’s the alternative to Moraine Lake from Oct 14th to end of May)
