Day 1: Moshi – Londorossi Gate – Mti Mkubwa Camp (7 km | ~3 hrs) After breakfast in Moshi, drive to Londorossi Gate for registration, then trek through rainforest to Mti Mkubwa Camp.
Day 2: Mti Mkubwa Camp – Shira I Camp (10 km | 6–7 hrs) Ascend through moorland with scenic views as you trek to Shira I Camp on the Shira Plateau.
Day 3: Shira I Camp – Shira Hut (8 km | 3–4 hrs) A scenic hike across the Shira Plateau with gradual ascent to Shira Hut.
