En chemin, nous découvrirons les systèmes d'irrigation utilisés par les anciens agriculteurs de l'Algarve, dont beaucoup datent encore de l'époque romaine.

Visite du château médiéval de Paderne, l'un des symboles du drapeau national portugais. Ce château date de l'époque mauresque, lorsque les Arabes dominaient encore l'Algarve. Nous profiterons de la beauté environnante.
