Amer
Amer, formerly known as the capital of the state before Jaipur, is steeped in rich history. Built in 1592 by Raja Man Singh, this old fort has been renamed to Amer-Rajput Palace and Fort and continues to be a popular attraction. Its stunning architecture made from red sandstone and marble is complemented by the nearby Maotha Lake, creating an enchanting atmosphere that adds to its charm. A must-see spot within the fort complex is Panna Meena ka Kund, a unique square-shaped stepwell with stairs on all four sides and a room on the northern wall. This structure holds religious significance as it was used for ceremonies before weddings or during festivals. Although not Rajasthan's largest stepwell, Panna Meena ka Kund should not be missed due to its historical and cultural value.

Temple Galtaji
The temple of Galtaji is renowned for its natural springs, which fill up seven tanks known as kunds. Among them, the Galta Kund holds special significance and never runs dry. It is believed to be highly auspicious to take a dip in these holy waters, especially on Makar Sankranti, drawing thousands of devotees every year.
The Galta Ji Temple offers a breathtaking sunset experience for its visitors. The Sun Temple provides a stunning location to witness the sunset. For those who do not wish to hike to Galta Ji, there is an alternative route that starts from the temple and leads through a crevice, passing by the highest sacred tank before reaching the Sun Temple. From this vantage point, one can enjoy breathtaking views of the sunset.
