The day begins with hotel pickup in Cusco early in the morning as we head toward the village of Qorao. Along the way, we make a brief stop in Qorao, where you can observe extensive agricultural fields cultivated since ancestral times. The journey then continues to the community of Siwar (3,762 m / 12,342 ft), the starting point of the hike.
The trekking route follows a dirt trail with a moderate incline up to Pucajasa Pass (4,393 m / 14,412 ft), offering panoramic views of the Urubamba mountain range. The descent then begins, crossing ancient sections of the Inca Trail and experiencing the gradual changes in the Andean ecological zones.
