We are Elia and Betty, we live in Lequile, a small town near Lecce, in the countryhouse of our great-grandfather Giuseppe Calò and here we have created our treasure of herbs and liquid ingredients. We start with a walk in the countryside, to discover spontaneous plants and more, which we use for the preparation of our liquid ingredients (infusions, syrups, liqueurs, bitters, cocktails).
Among stories, anecdotes and ancient uses of plants, guests will take a dip in the fascinating world of "wild foraging", to experience the typical day of the "wild forager" and maybe pick some herbs.
