Le volcan Totumo est un cône volcanique chargé de boue, situé dans la zone rurale de la municipalité de Santa Catalina (Bolívar), dans la région caribéenne de la Colombie, à côté de la Ciénaga del Totumo et près de la frontière avec le département de l'Atlantique. Les communes de Loma de Arena, Galerazamba et Pueblo Nuevo sont les plus proches. La formation est de faible altitude (environ vingt mètres) ; pour atteindre son cratère, il faut gravir un escalier en bois rustique.
