I am a Chilean who lived a long time outside the country. When I returned, 15 years ago, I began to know as a tourist the place where I was born, and I learned to value all the spaces and services. Currently, I have 7 years doing Airbnb experiences. I try to show another side of the city, and always managed to be delighted with this first approach to the center of Santiago and climb the San Cristobal Hill. I love being a tourist in the city, being able to check every corner, discover new things and show all those details to others.

We begin our walking tour towards San Cristobal Hill, to trek to the top and enjoy one of the best views of Santiago. Upstairs there are several options to refresh, eat something and rest for a while (if you do not want to walk up you can climb on the funicular, if so the tour would start at 10 am, on Mondays there is no funicular). Then we will descend and walk from the Bellavista Quarter, past the Patronato Quarter to the market area. First we will go to La Vega, the largest food market in Santiago, where anyone who wants can make a purchase.
