Itinéraire
The duration of the workshop with tasting will be approximately 1.5 hours, corresponding to 45 minutes for the elaboration workshop, and 45 minutes for the guided tasting.
We will begin with the elaboration of the cheese, in which all the steps to follow to be able to elaborate a typical Valencian fresh cheese will be explained in detail.
