Inside, you will visit the main church and royal tombs, learn the story behind its construction after the Battle of Aljubarrota, walk through the cloisters, and finish at the famous Unfinished Chapels, open to the sky and considered one of the most iconic symbols of Portuguese history.

You will step inside the Convent of Christ in Tomar, the former headquarters of the Knights Templar in Portugal. You will explore the unique Charola, the circular Templar sanctuary, discover secret symbols and sacred geometry, admire the famous Manueline Window, and walk through the fortress and cloisters while learning how the Templars evolved into the Order of Christ and shaped Portuguese history.
