Karnak Temple is one of the largest and most impressive temple complexes in ancient Egypt. It is located in Luxor and was built and expanded over more than 2000 years by various pharaohs. The temple was dedicated to the god Amun-Ra and was considered the most important religious center of ancient Egypt.
Particularly famous is the large columned hall with its huge columns and impressive hieroglyphics. Visitors can also discover sacred lakes, obelisks and numerous historical statues. The Karnak temple shows the greatness and power of ancient Egyptian civilization and is now one of the most popular sights in Luxor.

Vallée des Rois
The Valley of the Kings is one of the most famous archaeological sites in Egypt and is located in Luxor on the west bank of the Nile. The tombs of many New Kingdom pharaohs were discovered there, including the famous Tomb of Tutankhamun.
The tombs were built deep into the mountains to protect the treasures and mummies of kings. Inside are impressive murals and hieroglyphics depicting scenes from ancient Egypt as well as religious texts about life after death. The Valley of the Kings provides a fascinating insight into the history and culture of ancient Egyptian civilization.

Temple d'Hatchepsout
Hatshepsut Temple is one of the most beautiful temples in Luxor and was built for the famous Pharaoh Hatshepsut, one of the few female rulers in ancient Egypt. The temple is located at the foot of the impressive mountains of Deir el-Bahari and is characterized by its unique architecture with several terraces.
The temple was dedicated to the god Amun and features beautiful reliefs and hieroglyphics depicting the life and achievements of Queen Hatshepsut. Particularly well known are the depictions of their trade trip to Punt. Today, the temple is one of the most important historical sights in Egypt and fascinates visitors from all over the world.
